Well, you could sort of see this one coming from far, far away.  You may have seen ads for a product called “Enzyte”, a “natural male enhancement product“.  The wording of their commercials was awfully complex, dancing around artfully attempting to suggest that they can increase the size of your penis, all the while not saying (for obvious legal reasons).  The commercials featured “Smiling Bob” who would always end up somehow revealing his new found confidence, usually after losing his pants for some reason or another.
